The Allegheny Plateau has tons of tourist attractions. Some examples are Falling water, Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium, Station Square, Grafton Notch State Park, and tons of others.

Another famous tourist attraction is the Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium. The Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium is one of the only six zoo and aquarium combination's in the country, and provides to some threatened or endangered species. They have a steamy indoor rain forest is home to more than 90 different primates. There is also a Kid's Kingdom where there are walk through Deer, Goat, and Kangaroo Yards where the animals get close enough for you to pet them. There is a Sea Lion Pool with daily shows. Kid's Kingdom has also been voted one of the best children zoos in the country. Their newest attraction the Water's Edge brings visitors close to polar bears, sea lions, sea otters, sand sharks, and walruses.
